Easter Transport, Lifesaving Work, and 8,000 Miles of Impact

The Four Corners Animal League transfer van hits the road once again, this time on Easter Sunday, with Clay behind the wheel heading north with seven puppies ready for a new chance at life.

These pups came from the incredible work of Sharon Borges and Chris Williams of Run Around Dog Town in Costilla. Their rescue efforts never slow down, and thanks to partnerships like this, more animals are getting the opportunity they deserve.

Since the van first launched in early November 2025, it has traveled close to 8,000 miles. That is 8,000 miles of second chances, safe transport, and new beginnings.

But transport is only one part of what Four Corners Animal League does…

Behind the scenes, FCAL responds to reports of stray, abandoned, dumped, and unwanted animals across Northern New Mexico. The team steps in to provide medical care, temporary housing, pet food, and support wherever possible. It is boots-on-the-ground work that keeps animals safe when they have nowhere else to turn.

This mission depends on community. Foster homes, adoptive families, and supporters make it all possible.

If you have ever considered fostering or adopting, now is the time. There is always another animal waiting for a safe place to land.
