Baby Girl has a story that will touch your heart.
This sweet girl was abandoned after being thrown out of a car at a gas station. Frightened, confused, and all alone, she found refuge in a cemetery next door, where she hid for quite some time.
Her heartbreaking howls could be heard nearby, long, sorrowful cries that sounded as though she was begging someone to help her.
Thankfully, Four Corners Animal League (FCAL) was able to rescue Baby Girl and give her the safety and kindness she so desperately needed.
The Healing Power of Love and Volunteers
Rescuing Baby Girl was just the beginning of her journey.
Thanks to the incredible dedication of FCAL's compassionate volunteers, Baby Girl has slowly begun to discover that people can be kind, gentle, and loving.
Our volunteers have spent countless moments walking with her, sitting beside her, socializing her, and giving her the patience, attention, and reassurance she needed to feel safe.
They didn't rush her. They gave her the time and space to learn to trust again.
Every walk, every gentle interaction, and every moment spent showing her kindness has helped Baby Girl come out of her shell.
And what a beautiful transformation it has been!
